Narrative:
Four hijackers demanded to be taken to Iran. The airplane landed at Diyarbakir Airport (DIY) to refuel. In the early morning of October 14, Turkish commandos stormed the plane, arresting the hijackers. Thirteen people were injured in the operation. One passenger died of his injuries.
