Narrative:
Carpatair Flight V3204 suffered a runway excursion on landing at Bucharest-Otopeni International Airport (OTP). It came to rest halfway on the grass. The left main undercarriage collapsed causing damage to underbelly and gear. All on board were able to leave the plane without serious injury. At the time the weather consisted of strong winds, heavy rain and reduced visibility.
