Narrative:Robinson R44 Raven II helicopter, N821JV, during hover for landing experienced an unidentified mechanical event and went down into Ten Mile Lake, near Hackensack, MN, Thursday evening, Nov. 24.
The pilot was killed and his body was recovered the next day, while his passenger was able to swim to shore and was treated for mild hypothermia.
