Narrative:
Following a loss of engine power about 25 miles SSE of St. George, Utah, the aircraft, a Beech 35-C33 Debonair, N866P, force landed gear-up on County Road 5 near Peach Springs, Arizona, sustaining substantial damage.
The two passengers on board the aircraft were not injured.
