Narrative:Mr Christoffel Myburgh, a pilot from the game farm Botlierskop in an R44 dropped off the mayor of the Eden district council, Mr Wessie van der Westhuizen and a passenger in the Witfontein area, George after a flood damage inspection. He took off alone from a field , had a mechanical malfunction and crashed shortly after take off. He was taken to hospital for scans as he sustained head injuries.
