Narrative:An AT-3 trainer jet crashed after the pilot lost control following a mid-air collision with another AT-3. The aircraft were part of a 3-ship formation that was on a training mission out of Kaohsiung.
Thunder Tiger N°4 and N°6 collided during aerobatics. N°6 crashed and the instructor pilot ejected but parachute did not open properly due to low altitude and died.
