Narrative: CAF CF-18 Hornet 188737 crashed during formation take off at CFB Cold Lake 4 June 1985. Take-off trim was set to nose down instead of nose up. Aircraft would not rotate even with full aft stick. Pilot - Lt. Col. Dixon Kenny [Flight Leader] with 409 Squadron "Nighthawks": - safely ejected.
