The Antonov, leased from the Ukraine, carried (a.o.) Portuguese journalists to Saurimo. Upon landing, the plane reportedly suffered blown tires. The plane ran off the runway, killing the Ukrainian pilot. Construction number is unknown; previous identity is probably RA-12346
