Descripción:
The Jetstream aircraft was scheduled to perform a charter flight from El Caraño Airport (SKUI), in the city of Quibdó, to José Celestino Mutis Airport (SKBS), in the municipality of Bahía Solano, Colombia.
The landing took place apparently in a normal way, and as the speed decreased below 70 knots, the crew activated the reversers and selected the propellers in "taxi" position.
The crew noticed that the plane was beginning to drift to the left side of the the runway. The pilot unsuccessfully tried to control the deviation with differential braking and with the nose wheel steering control system. The crew was unable to correct the deviation due to the condition of the runway which was wet and highly contaminated.
The plane left the runway to the left side, moved over the safety zone and finally stopped 115 meters from the threshold of runway 18 and approximately 9.5 meters from the edge of the runway, in muddy and uneven terrain with an approximate heading of 343°.
All occupants left the aircraft unharmed. There was no fuel leakage; there was no fire.

Excursión lateral de pista como consecuencia de la pérdida de control direccional de la aeronave durante la carrera de aterrizaje, originada por la condición de la pista, contaminada con lama y encharcamientos, condiciones que produjeron un hidroplaneo viscoso.
Factores contribuyentes
Precaria condición de la pista del aeródromo de Bahía Solano, que presenta una superficie irregular, con dos tipos de material de rodamiento, concreto y asfalto, humedad acumulada y presencia de lama en toda su extensión, que la hace resbaladiza.
Deficientes condiciones de la zona de seguridad del aeródromo de Bahía Solano, que presenta desniveles y anegamiento, que contribuyeron a los daños de la aeronave durante la excusión de pista.
Falta de planeamiento del operador al no ejecutar un análisis completo de riesgos para operar en una pista de precarias condiciones como la de Bahía Solano.
