A PIECE OF UNIDENTIFIED EQUIPMENT REPORTEDLY WAS NOT PROPERLY SECURED DURING PREVIOUS MAINTENANCE. THE EQUIPMENT REPORTEDLY WAS MOUNTED IMMEDIATELY ABOVE THE NOSE WHEEL EXTENSION/RETRACTION MECHANISM AND MOVED DUE TO ACFT VIBRATION PREVENTING THE NOSE GEA
