Written off (destroyed) October 26, 1975 when crashed near Zephyr Cove, Nevada: both persons on board (pilot and one passenger) were killed. Accident appears to have been a CFIT (Controlled Flight Into Terrain) as the aircraft collided with trees while descending to land. Aircraft destroyed when it caught fire after the crash impact. The cause of the accident was attributed to "pilot fatigue"
Aircraft initially posted as "missing", until wreckage recovered on October 27, 1975.
