Narrative:Fairey IIID S1078 of 202 Squadron, RAF: Written off (destroyed) 5.6.30 when aircraft spun into the sea from 3,000 feet, and crashed off Birzebbuga, Malta, with two fatalities (both crew killed):
Flying Officer Reginald Frederick Francis (pilot, aged 31)
LAC Charles Drewery Harris (air observer, aged 23)
