Narrative:
An DC-9-51 operated by Aeropostal impacted a bird shortly after takeoff from Cumaná, Venezuela, causing substantial damage to the nose radome of the airplane.
The aircraft, operating flight VH335 to Caracas, Venezuela returned to Cumaná.
