Crashed during takeoff from Zell am See Airfield - LOWZ. Injuries: one serious, three minor. A small fire erupted in the engine-compartment. The heavily injured co-pilot (safety instructor) subsequently died in the hospital.
Cause: Tailwind takeoff and failure to abort.
