The helcopter struck a power line during aerial application in Suzhou, Anhui Province. The helicopter was serious damaged. The pilot died.

3.2 Conclusion (translated from Chinese)
The investigation team considered that the most likely cause of the incident was that the helicopter was returning along the highway when the pilot was in the middle of a relatively short flight, flying towards the sun in a fatigued mental state, flying at lower altitudes and higher speeds, failing to identify high voltage lines on the flight path in time, resulting in the helicopter collided with a set of high-voltage lines crossing a highway, killing one of the flight crew members on board.
