Narrative:
The 70-year old instructor and the 16-year-old student crashed from a height of about 150 meters. They were approaching for landing.
Unfortunately, despite the efforts of doctors, the teenager could not be saved.

3.2. Cause of the accident
The probable cause of the accident was the loss of control over the glider caused by the instructor's temporary indisposition.
3.3. circumstances
1) Chronic health problems of the instructor.
2) Advanced age of the instructor and fatigue due to long periods of flying without rest.
