Probable causes
- Loss of control during take-off, immediately after take-off in flight (Loss of Control In-Flight LOC-I)
- Aircraft completely trimmed to tail-heavy or "nose-up
Probable factors
- A possibly not deactivated autopilot during take-off or also a temporary error in the system of the electrical trim adjustment
- High or increased forces on the control horn due to high rudder pressures and propeller thrust
- "Startle Effect" near the ground due to the unforeseen and sudden occurrence of the event
