Narrative:
A Bell 206B-3 JetRanger III, registration TG-SEN, was destroyed when it impacted a farm field in Tiquisate, Suchitepéquez, Guatemala.
Four out of the five people onboard were fatally injured.

PROBABLE CAUSES
• The lack of appreciation in deciding to take off in adverse weather conditions and the wind speed, among other factors, which made the development of a safe flight impossible.
• The resources in the cockpit could have been influenced by the passenger in the copilot seat, as cognitive functions such as orientation, memory, understanding, attention, and language were out of coordination when trying to assist the pilot.
