Narrative:ADAC Luftrettung Airbus Helicopters H145 "Christoph 26" suffered minor damage when it landed on a wooden pole at Riepe, Ihlow Germany.
The helicopter was sent to due to a medical emergency involving a child. What the pilot of the helicopter overlooked in the still prevailing darkness was a wooden pole in the middle of the meadow. It was precisely this point that the pilot chose to land, so the wooden pole was drilled through the floor of the rescue helicopter into the cockpit during landing. Nobody was injured.
