Narrative:
A Bailey-Moyes Dragonfly aircraft crashed north of Sheets Airport (FA42), Groveland, Florida.
The pilot, Bobby Bailey, one of the designers of the light aircraft type, perished.

Bobby Bailey was test flying a customer built kit aircraft, which reportedly had not been assembled correctly, with a bolt missing in the wing assembly. At an altitude of about 350 feet, the aircraft experienced a wing separation and the impact was not survivable.
