Narrative:
Blew up in mid-air when a 1000lb bomb, went off prematurely. Pilot (Flt. Lt. Thomas “Paddy” Mullen)
ejected - he was literally 'blown' out of the cockpit, and the force of the explosion initiated the ejection sequence!
