Crashed into a mountain in rainy weather conditions.
3.2 Causa.
Luego de haber analizado los factores humano, material y físico, concluimos que el accidente ocurrió debido a que el piloto no respetó la altitud mínima del sector (MSA) en que volaba, atravesando por una zona con elevaciones montañosas en condiciones meteorológicas adversas, no observando los requerimientos meteorológicos mínimos para vuelos visuales (ver anexo 7), voló bajo reglas de vuelo visual (VFR) en condiciones meteorológicas de vuelo por instrumentos (IMC), produciéndose así un accidente del tipo “Vuelo controlado hacia el terreno” (CFIT), impactando contra la ladera de una elevación montañosa de dicho sector.
