Narrative:Sea King 4002 of HS 50 was operating off the aircraft carrier HMCS Bonaventure with a crew of four. During the mission, the helicopter crashed into the sea off Bermuda. The pilot and co-pilot were ejected from the helicopter and survived. The other two crew members, Commissioned Officer Claire Tully and Petty Officer Douglas Mander did not escape and drowned.
